What is Cult Film Fanatics and Why You Should Listen! | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 01:05:39

Hey everybody Rick here with a special podcast that should very well be near and dear to the hearts of all geeks everywhere.  A few months back, I was invited to be on the inaugural crew of the Cult Film Fanatics podcast which is produced by friend of  the show and fellow podcasting compatriot Roy Buckingham of Sassycast and I have had the opportunity to appear on several of the episodes.  Basically what Roy does is he pulls two titles out of a box and to say the least, the picks have been interesting.  Titles discussed have included Rocky Horror Picture Show, Phantom of the Paradise, and Halloween 3 to name a few. Unfortunately, the host site for Sassycast shut down both Sassycast and Cult Film Fanatics due to unforeseen circumstances.   However, rather than let at least one of the shows, we offered up a temporary home for Cult Film Fanatics because the movies we discuss on this show are right in the wheelhouse of any self respecting geek!   The episode we present to you here is absolutely no exception.  We discuss Time Bandits and Re-animator.  Two movies that have absolutely nothing in common except for the fact that they are cult films. (And that the DVD releases were both by Anchor Bay Entertainment.)  Having said that, enjoy the podcast and keep an eye on this site for more on Cult Film Fanatics!

Anyway, this week Andy and Cole present you the Collector Sector.... with a twist. In this episode they - oh hell, go listen to it instead to find out. Stay Geeky
