Beth Davis and Ashleigh Nelson return for a new season of WiSP World Australia after the summer hiatus enjoying a festival of sport including the Rio Olympic Games and they have two great guests from those Games. Javelin thrower Kim Mickle who tells of her disappointing games when her shoulder dislocated during competition. She is now rehabbing following more surgery and in the meanwhile has taken up football which is challenging her in very different ways from fitness to technique. The WiSP IronWomen podcast is back: Sara Gross and co-host Karen Thibodeau launch the new series with a short game of “What do you know?” in which we find out that, while she loves swimming, biking and running, Karen has some homework to do when it comes to Triathlon’s legends.  Sara talks to athlete, coach and author Siri Lindley who just released her first book with writer Julia Polloreno. Siri then retired while at the top and pursued her passion to help others reach their potential in triathlon and now coaches a great group of athletes who are part of Team Sirius.
