Matt Dahl Radio: Take That for a Choke Job | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 02:03:00

We are in the month of the choke! After all the heat was put on Tony Romo after his week 1 let down vs. the Jets, he came back with out not one, but TWO fractured ribs and put up a come from behind W.  So how much credit are you willing to give Tony?  And then over in baseball the Red Sox are trying to beat the Mets, for biggest September collapse of all-time.  Where does the Wild Card race stand when we go on the air?  Also, How I Met Your Mother returned with a one-hour treat on Monday, Mondern Family comes back following our show on Wednesday for an hour, and The Office, Parks & Rec and Community all return on Thursday with plenty of questions to answer.  We CAN'T WAIT!  We'll fullfil all your WWE needs as well after a chaotic Night of Champions.  We do it all from NFL Week 2 and previewing Week 3, to getting ready for the MLB playoffs to just flat out enjoying TV.  Check US out Wednesday night at 7!

Matt Dahl Radio: The Fast Times of Tony Romo | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 02:05:00

We officially move to Wednesday nights bring the same freakin awesomeness.  We're coming out of Week 1 in the NFL and if you thought we knew what were talking about, then keep listening and ignore the picks we made.  But it was a good week to get football back and we look back right away to the Jets and Cowboys Sunday night game, and more specifically feel a little bad for Tony Romo.  We also look ahead to week 2, and have our weekly picks to go through too.  Then over in baseball, the Yankees are pulling away, and the Rays are pulling back into it - or the Red Sox are just falling out.  Does this work best for the Yanks?  It's also a big week ahead of network television, with the Emmy's being held on Sunday night and then season premieres kicking in on Monday, so we of course have all the deatils you need to be ready for it.  And we also have the Night of Champions pay-per-view to get ready for in the WWE.  Be there as MDR officially debuts on Wednesday night, 7 to 9pm EST.

Football, football, football!  Matt Dahl Radio kicked off the football season last week with their preview and this week we are ready for some games, and even have some picks to make.  Also on the show we have the return of Stephan Strasburg tonight, unless the weather decides to screw it up.  And if mother nature plays nice we will have live Strasburg updates from the game.  Also in baseball we have to wonder if the time of Jorge Posada really is over right now.  Then there's more to get ready for as two major summer shows are ending for good this week, and fall shows are on the way.  Also, we have a few things to mention with the 10 year anniversary of 9-11 coming up and also have plenty of WWE to talk about after a pretty good Raw.  Tune in 7 to 9 Tuesday night!

Matt Dahl Radio: Natural Disaster Survivors | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 02:03:00

If an earthquake couldn't keep us down then a hurricane sure as hell won't.  We are back from the storm and ready to go with football season quickly approaching.  We take a look back at the Jets/Giants matchup from Monday night and start breaking down where some of the teams will stand this season.  Also the final month of baseball is on its way and we have our first team with their magic number; and it's the Brewers!  But the question we have to wonder is whether or not the Phillies and Yankees will be OK considering the injuries they've faced.  Also, we have fall sitcoms starting soon, and we really cannot wait for Community to return, and we of course take a look back at the latest in the WWE.  Check it out Tuesday night, 7pm.

Matt Dahl Radio: Long Way to the Top | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 02:00:00

Hello Tuesday night.  We're back again and the Mets are even more done than they were last week, so what fun is their series in Phlthadelphia.  The good news is there is plenty to hate on Philly for the performance from their "dream team".  But hey if you saw the Jets on Sunday night then it may be impossible to be a Jets fan and not be stoked for the season to kick off with Plaxico on the team.  But back over on the baseball side the Yankees have heated up and guess who's getting closer to .300?  Mr. Derek Jeter himself.  We also have plenty of updates from the movie world as we finally saw 30 Minutes or Less, and then of course we gotta talk more WWE.

Matt Dahl Radio: Really? | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 02:03:00

We're back to our usual Tuesday madness and still have a whole NFL season to get ready for.  Last week we gave your our picks for the over/unders in the NFC, this week we'll take a look at the AFC.  Also, what's with this 'issue' between Mark Sanchez and Rex Ryan?  We'll also flip gears over the baseball, and another week comes with some more Yankee clubhouse drama.  Last week we were talking AJ Burnett, now we've got Jorge Posada saying he wants to play next year, but the big question is where?  Well aside from Posada there is a Cubs pitcher who is apparently done, and to no surprise that is Carlos Zambrano who had just another meltdown.  Also we review Rise of the Planet of the Apes, which trust me, was awesome, and we also keep following along with Entourage.  And then what a week it is becoming for the WWE, we will go over the absolutely insane finish to SummerSlam, as well as what happened next on Raw.  Check it, MDR Tuesday Night at 7!

Matt Dahl Radio: The SummerSlam Special | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 00:32:00

Matt Dahl Radio previews SummerSlam and more importantly the WWE Championship match which will unify CM Punk's real title and John Cena's fake title.  SummerSlam kicks off at 8pm EST and you will stay plugged into MDR for the entire 30 minutes preview leading right into their show open, giving it on the side of the fans.  CM Punk is the voice of the voiceless, well we lend our voice and let it rip on what we believe the WWE should do at SummerSlam.  Joe Jennings will check in as we are all set for another WWE pay-per-view.

Matt Dahl Radio: Put it in the Books | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 02:03:00

Sure we missed ya last night but here we are for a special Wednesday night.. I mean really, who does anything on a Wednesday anyway?  Well we are covered and have the latest for you in all of the NFL news going down this past week, and we even have some games to talk about! OK it's just preseason but it's football time.  Over in baseball summer is winding down and we're starting to see some speration throughout baseball/  And well, the Mets seem done, the Yanks still can't beat the Red Sox, and the Phillies are, well, the Phillies.  Also a big weekend coming up, and that is SummerSlam taking place for the WWE with the headliner being CM Punk vs. John Cena.  And we also have the latest in summer movies with 30 Minutes or Less coming out this weekend, Jersey Shore and Entourage. Don't miss a very special Wednesday night of Matt Dahl Radio.

Matt Dahl Radio: When You're a Jet, You're a Jet All the Way | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 02:03:00

We are back and we are going for a full 2 hours this time around.  Plenty to get to since last week, and for starters we have a ton of NFL news as we predicted.  The biggest one may be the signing of Plaxico Burress as he remained in New York, but he's joining Gang Green (just a few days after Santonio Holmes resigned and tweeted a picture of himself celebrating by chugging some champagne).  We've got a lot more NFL news and you won't wanna miss a beat of this.  Also on the show we will finally have our Harry Potter review, and brace yourselves, we can't guess how positive it is.  And then we are just a couple days removed from the MLB trade deadline, did teams make the right moves?  And who were the real winners? There's also more updates on the WWE and the one and only CM Punk.  That and plenty more, tune in Tuesday at 7pm!

Matt Dahl Radio: The Deadline | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 01:34:00

The Major League Baseball trading deadline is looming and coming up this weekend, and the hot ticket item may very well be Carlos Beltran.  We'll discuss all that's going on around the rumor mill and even discuss some of the worst trades ever made.  Also the NFL lockout is officially over as of Monday and we are totally ready for some football, but what will this rushed free agency period do to the league?  And then it was a big weekened for movies, as Captain America came out and The Avengers trailer came along with it, and we have plenty to say about it... as well as the first trailer for the reboot version of Spidey, The Amazing Spider-Man (this show is filled with huge Spider-Man fans). Then over in the WWE they are trying to change things up a bit, and most importantly on the show we reveal our Summer Babe.  Tune in Tuesday night at 7pm

Matt Dahl Radio: Best in the World | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 01:31:00

The WWE wrapped up their most compelling angle in over a decade on Sunday night (or so we think) and we will follow up to all our CM Punk talk that's been coming the past few weeks to give our final word on everything they did.  But the WWE isn't all we got, as we will reveal our FINAL FIVE in the Summer of Babes Showdown during this episode.  Also on the show we discuss the actual state of the Mets and what they should do next after moving on from K-Rod.  Also have some Yankees news, as well as the rest of baseball, and will touch upon a lot more.  Don't miss it.

Matt Dahl Radio: The Jeter Show | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 01:33:00

We promised it so now you'll get it.  We pay tribute to Derek Jeter reaching 3000 hits (the first Yankee ever) on this week's show.  Also there's plenty other to get to as we recap the Home Run Derby as well as look ahead to the All-Star game which starts right after the show. But hang on, we've got some issues with the All-Star game as well.  Also, we take a look at the mess that Ohio State football is and wonder if the NCAA really should take away their wins from last season.  And we have a review of Horrible Bosses as well as the life changing tweets from twitter account @timdahl.  Tune in Tuesday night at 7pm

 Matt Dahl Radio: All-Star Summer | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 01:34:00

We're back and coming out of the holiday weekend and the MLB All-Star rosters are set for next Tuesday night. We take a look at the rosters and figure how accurate the fans were this year, and who we think was snubbed.  Also the NBA is officially in lockout mode, will it be as bad as it was in 1998?  We'll have some summer movies to recap, as well as a major update on the status of everyone's favorite reality show, Jersey Show.  And don't forget, out Summer of Babes showdown will face another elimination this week.  Check it out Tuesday night at 7pm EST

Matt Dahl Radio: Turning Evil | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 01:33:00

Yes the Mets quest for going over .500 continues! We broke down what a mess the baseball standings were last week, and nothing has changed.  We are officially at the midway point and your guess is as good as mine as to what will happen 3 months from now.  Reyes is the man, A-Gone is Mr. Boston these days, Halladay & Lee are too good, and the Yankees are, well, the Yankees.  We also have plenty of news from the NBA with the draft rapping up last Thursday, and there's even a Terrell Owens update to come your way.  Also, there's more on summer movies and we see what the consesus is on Warner Bros. thinking they can get a franchise out of The Green Lantern.  Hey, I'm all in!  And we have our first five eliminations from the Summer of Babes Tournament. Most importantly, last night on Monday Night Raw CM Punk cut a promo that will never be forgotten, and has shaken up the professional wrestling scene with just 6 EVIL minutes. Tune in Tuesday from 7 to 8:30 PM!

Matt Dahl Radio: NOW We're Talkin Baseball | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 02:01:00

Well we are free'd of the NBA and the NFL is still in a lockout, so all is clear for us to dig deep into baseball.  We have the latest on the Mets, Yanks and every other team in the MLB as we try to figure just who is in the best shape as we close in on the mid-season mark.  We also take a look at all sports franchies as last week ESPN The Magazine released their yearly franchies rankings and we check in as to where all of our favorites landed.  We also talk about The Green Lantern, which had a big weekend at the box-office, yet not so hot reviews.  WWE also had a lackluster pay-per-view this past weekend, and they may be in trouble.  And we finally reveal Matt & Mike's Summer of Babes Showdown on the show, you don't wanna miss that.  Perfect night to make it 2 hours!  Tune in Tuesday night at 7pm
