New York has had the Stop and Frisk policy in line since 2002, however, the policy is now gaining national attention. After a recent incident where a bus driver chose not to intervene as three teenagers brutally beat a fellow schoolmate, the police department is trying to decide whether the bus driver should be charged with some sort of crime.  The bus driver was obviously afraid for his life as he begged frantically on the radio to dispatch to call the police and send help, but was that enough?
