She plans the annual Internet Librarian, Computers in Libraries and KMWorld conferences on both coasts, staying just ahead of the curve with the help of numerous mentors and colleagues. Ms. Dysart was manager of Information Resources for the Royal Bank before forming Dysart and Jones, a consulting firm focusing on strategic planning, knowledge management and service design.
