Summary: Our philosophy is simple; If you take care of your body and mind, cleanse yourself of accumulated toxins and take steps on a wellness journey, at your own pace, your body will start to respond in a positive way and heal itself. The journey should include a healthy - preferable plant-based diet, mindful movement, connection with nature, plenty of sleep, clean water and quietude. Through the Academy we hope to inspire and support you on this healing journey by sharing tools with you, that have helped us on our path.
