Won't he be too busy travelling to make deliveries to be in an office for long? Don't worry, he explains his reasoning, and a little of his experiences in handing out the pamphlets on the train. Mousey Grayis on hand with a payment of sausage to apply to the bill of a creditor. What's the news that Diogenes has for friend Lum? Lum, the faithful harbinger of honesty has been asked to deliver a package of pamphlets to Ft Smith. Armed with a password, and a secret sign, the arrangements are made. As Lum wonders over the new details, he shares his travel plans with Abner. Well, as much as the secrecy will allow. Is Lum getting in too well with Diogenes? Will Abner, or anyone else have a chance in the $10k reward? In all the excitement Abner discovers a mix up in the package that Lum raced out the door with.

Bill Goodwin agrees if he can make a sales pitch for the sponsor. Meredeth Willson tells about his hot date with a cute French gal, Feefee. Even a doctor neighbor and his little son Bobby are invited. If they can pull themselves away from playing with toy trains. Back home George and the substitute Gracie trim the tree, and make final preparations. Can they sneak in a tactful way to get their guests to ask George to sing? Meredeth Willson plays, Toyland. Gracie keeps messing up her segway lines to lure their victims into asking George to sing, and everybody else including Gracie gets a chance to sing before George does. Will they ever get the hint?

Jack Benny - Jacks Christmas Party, Andy Devine. 431226 It's Christmas night, and Rochester gets the house ready for the big party. As he cleans, and sings, he is caught smoking one of Jacks cigars. Mary and Dennis arrive and Jack gives the mistletoe a work out. Phil and the band make their appearance. Even Jack's writers show up. Phil gets the party going by playng, Ain't Misbehaving. Mary's maid, Butterfly McQueen gets dinner ready, but Mary and Jack go to the kitchen to offer some advice for serving dinner. Jacks wacky border, Mr Billingsley, gets in on the Christmas cheer. Dennis sings a medley including: Noel. Away in a Manger. O Come All Ye Faithful. Andy Devine shows up to round out the show. He hasn't been seen since last Christmas, and comes bearing a gift. Phil and Mary want to sing a song, but Jack wants to play violinn. The audience ruins a good joke by applauding. The whole cast join in on a sponser flavored version of Jingle Bells, although Jack manages to butcher a song on his violin as well. Minirva Pious phones in as Jack's mysterious girlfriend, Gladys Zabisco. She has to work, but makes a date for another night. When the cast disappear to give a burial to Jack's violin, Rochester has his chance to enjoy more of Jack's cigars.

Lum has just returned from his pamphlet delivery, and he talks about it with Abner. Though Abner is willing to do it for him, Lum keeps on delivering since he wants to prove his honesty to Diogenes. Diogenes has been fervently working in the feed room to print out his pamplets on honesty, but he is so engrossed in his work that he hasn't been seen much lately. Cedric has word that the eccentric stranger has a special request for Lum. What could it be? Diogenes is very secretive, and insistent on doing all the printing himself. Why does the man work such long hours? Cedric and Abner talk about the role model of the new stranger, and using him as a role model of honesty and kindness. What will it take to get on the good side of Diogenes, and win the contest? What is the special, and secret job that Lum has just been assigned?

In the deep forrest, with shrieking animals, witches, and dangers is where we find our heros. The witch is alerted by her magic mirror about enchantments that are working against her. She is even more determined to put an end to Jonathan Thomas. Meanwhile, Jonathan and his friends encounter a big little squirrel. will this be a new friend for Jonathan, or a new foe? Audio cuts out, but the friends travel closer to their goal, and into the spell of the bad witch that puts Jonathan into a deep sleep.

Things get more interesting when Rogue finds himself at the business end of a .45, automatic, held by the deadly Muriel. After some fast talking, and after n all night vigil, Rogue makes plans for some romantic travelling with Muriel. Will he go through with the plans? A trap is set up , and Muriel is caught, and handed over to the cops. How did Rogue do it? Listen in and learn, and he'll explain the whole thing.

Clark gets the idea to call on Batman and Robin for help in identifying Mr Jones for certain. Batman had been on the trail of Mr Jones, but lost him. The two super heros know each others identities, and cooperate to move in on the church to capture their bad guy. Suspense builds at the anticipation of catching Mr Jones. But will Lois be branded as a criminal for her involvement with the man? There's both good news and bad news, but the mystery has a good explanation for Lois behavior in the escapade, and secrets are promised to be revealed. What are they? I'm sure I don't know, but that's a story that takes us away from the Christmas season.

Two girls are missing, and it's Joe Friday's job to find them. Working the Homacide department with partner, Ben Romero, Friday begins to gather details. Troubling news comes in when the girls dog is found dead, and found far from the girls neighborhood. In voiceover, Joe Friday shares all the details and setbacks of the case. The parents are in shock all during the vigil through the night, as the cops continue their diligent search and gathering clues. . With the coming of daybreak, the search is doubled as cops and neighbors comb the landscape. The rainy weather seems to have washed all clues away. The diligent search finally pays off, but the bodies of the girls only proves that a maniac has been on the loose. The manhunt turns to a search for a psychopath, and the cops discuss the troubles on their hands in dealing with crimes like this. In voiceover, Friday reviews clues that lead to a neighbor, Claude Jimmerson. Though his past record begins to reveal a profile of a child molester, will the cops dig up the hard evidence needed to arrest their man?

In the customs office, star reporter Lawry witnesses what appears to be the apprehension of a man smuggling lacy handkerchiefs into the country. Huh? How dangerous can a lacy handkerchief be? It's not the danger, but the principle of the thing, and it's right up the alley to perk the interest of Brit Reed. When the reporter for the Daily Sentenal learns the man is a diplomat, and is hiding behind his immunity, he takes the story of injustice to his boss, Brit Reed. Can the diplomat be punished at all? Does his outrageous protests, and claims that he can retaliate against the authorities have any weight? Who is the big loser in such tame contraband as lacy handkerchiefs? Ambassador Sneed may be above the law, but the people he's dealing with to deliver the goods aren't, and it's all the Green Hornet needs to go on to spring into action. Using the footwork of the Sentenal reporters to find the trail of contacts a plan is formed. Hiding in the shadows, and revealing himself only enough to entice the cops and put a scare into the bad guys, the Green Hornet begins laying out his trap. Can it be proved the lace handkerchiefs in the truck are smuggled goods? With a little help from the Green Hornet, the cops capture the shipment, break up the smuggling ring, and cause an embarrassment for the diplomat.

Jonathan, the man in the Moon, and Gorgonzola the horse travel through the gloomy land and the nightmare forrest as they search for the kidnapped Santa. They have recieved charms from a friendly good witch, but will it be enough to keep them safe? Scarey noises reach them. Can this be the dragon that they were warned about? How will they manage to escape?

Crazy Quilt helps Jim, Judy and The Cinnamon Bear get past the Inkapoo Indians. They meet an odd man who turns out to be Presto the Magician. He's not a bad man, just a bad magician. Through his bad magic, the pelican is turned up, only without the Silver Star. Note: Episodes began at Thanksgiving and ended at Christmas, with one episode airing each night. The show was created by a group of merchants as an advertising promotion, and was recorded in only a few weeks. It was produced by Lindsay MacHarrie, who also provided the voice of Westley the Whale and several other characters.

Clark Kent is on a trail that's sure to take him to a startling discovery. Mr Jones wants to get some kryptonite, and won't stop at anything to get it. As the police inspector and Clark eavesdrop in a retail shop, they think Lois Lane might be involved in the plot to get the atomizer with the deadly mixture inside. Is she really involved in some kind of criminal activity? Has she been tricked? , or is she too smart to fall for such a scheme. There's nothing to do now, except trail the star reporter. Lois goes to church, seemingly to say her prayers, and sing with the Christmas choir. Is there something more sinister going on? Stay tuned for the next thrilling installment.
