It's a Thursday, and that means that Geoff and Annabel are going to get another time capsule and fill it with notable stories to share with future generations, and they're joined by the very lovely Tim Samuels.

Today being Wednesday, Geoff is joined by Chris Hewitt from Empire magazine, to talk about what we should be watching at the pictures, as well as his surprising pick for his essential boxset...

Geoff sits down and has a nice chat with one of his favourite comedians, Sara Pascoe, but he also talks to Annabel about all manner of things besides, including passwords, Facebook, and onions.

Geoff is joined by all-round nice man Dermot O'Leary to talk about speaking Norwegian, politics, and what he talks about with his wife. Then, John Rogers the Urban Rambler popped by to take Geoff on an enlightening stroll around Central London, to discover some hidden secrets of the city.

Friday has rolled around, and this is what happened on the Hometime Show on this particular Friday, all wrapped up into a small package, but without the music. We call it a "podcast", and hope you enjoy it.

Geoff also tries to understand inflation and oil prices, but it's all amusing, so don't worry if you thought we'd turned into a financial news show, because we haven't.
