In this Wednesday show, Alex Kozora and I get right to talking about the latest news and rumors concerning the Pittsburgh Steelers ahead of the start of the 2021 NFL Draft Thursday night in Cleveland.I posted my final mock draft of 2021 on Wednesday so we go through it pick-by-pick and talk about each selection. We talk about several other players I considered at several of the spots, as well.After going over my final mock draft, we talk about several defensive players the Steelers might consider in this year’s draft as we go position group by position group.The Steelers picked up the fifth-year option on safety Minkah Fitzpatrick so we make sure to cover that non-surprising news. Alex also has a list of seven players who really scream being drafted by the Steelers this coming weekend that we go over.We then wrap up several loose ends late and answer several questions we have received recently from listeners.

We parse all of the main talking points that Colbert and Tomlin provided us on Monday with most being related to the 2021 NFL Draft.Alex posted his final mock draft of 2021 on Monday so we go through it pick-by-pick and talk about each selection. In this Friday show, Alex Kozora and I get right to talking about Pittsburgh Steelers cornerback Justin Layne getting arrested overnight and what all that might mean for him and the team ahead of the 2021 NFL Draft.Steelers new offensive line coach Adrian Klemm had some interesting remarks in a recent segment on steelers.com so Alex and I recap all that he said. That Klemm recap leads to us talking more about Alabama center Landon Dickerson ahead of the 2021 NFL Draft. We go over the reports from Tony Pauline on Dickerson as it relates to his draft stock and how the Steelers might view his medical reports. We talk about the possibility of Dickerson being a Steelers selection this year in either the first or second round.Alex and I have a mock draft discussion and during it we discuss several candidates to be the Steelers first and second round selections this year. We also talk about the three biggest needs the Steelers have positionally ahead of the draft and how those might impact their first several selections.There was some recent news concerning NFL rookie minicamps that Alex and I go over as well. We discuss all three players in-depth and the likelihood of each being the Steelers selection in the first round a week from Thursday.Should the age of Harris be concerning at all when it comes to him possibly being the Steelers first round pick this year?
