This could be an issue with fans who are looking to complete some of the season pass content or challenges that require you to jump between Call of Duty titles. We’ll also speculate on some of the news coming out of tomorrow’s Pokemon Presents broadcast at 7 AM Pacific. Rumors around Pokemon Diamond and Pearl remakes have been swirling among the community. And last but certainly not least, Nickelodeon is creating a new studio to expand the world of Avatar: The Last Airbender. On today’s Daily Fix, grim news for Anthem as Electronic Arts has decided to end their effort to revive their controversial looter-shooter. Bioware’s latest game will remain live for the time being, but no further work will be done on the project. CD Projekt Red recently updated fans with news of a delay for the next major patch, in light of the recent cyber attacks on the studio. Patch 1.2 is promised to be substantial with quality of life and performance fixes, but we’ll be seeing it a bit later than anticipated as CDPR has been busy buffing its security and IT infrastructure. In news that’s a bit more fun, The Pokemon Company has announced that Post Malone will be performing a virtual Pokemon Day Concert. This concert is in celebration of the 25th anniversary of Pokemon. PlayStation 5 users have been reporting issues with their controllers, causing involuntary actions and feedback during gameplay. Scalpers are back at it again as ravenous resellers flock to McDonald’s in search of rare Pokemon cards currently being bundled in Happy Meals. The cards in question are being bought out in bulk and resold on popular sites such as eBay and StockX. And finally, Microsoft has created a new subsidiary known as Vault in order to house its acquisition of Bethesda, and the smaller studios under its umbrella.

On today’s Daily Fix, Sony has patented a back button attachment similar to that of the DualShock 4! A DualSense attachment would allow players to map additional functions to the back of the controller for faster access when playing on their PlayStation 5. In incredibly on-brand news for the creators of Cyberpunk 2077, CD Projekt Red has become the recent victim of a wide-scale cyber attack. The Cyberpunk ransomware hackers claim to have stolen a trove of private files and documents, as well as the source code for various games.
