That's right folks, the real estate market is officially roaring - but not necessarily in a good way. Unlike most of my "peers" in real estate, I don't see any and all increases in home prices as a good thing. I like to take a bit of a longer view of things. In this case, I think taking just a few extra moments to look at the total landscape is probably a good idea.

This week we are spending some time talking about strategies to get better prices - particularly in markets where there are tons of buyers. By avoiding the most crowded price ranges, you can get yourself better deals. This can take time - and lots of offers - but with the current market, it might just be the best way to get a good deal.
