Summary: That's right folks, the real estate market is officially roaring - but not necessarily in a good way. Unlike most of my "peers" in real estate, I don't see any and all increases in home prices as a good thing. I like to take a bit of a longer view of things. In this case, I think taking just a few extra moments to look at the total landscape is probably a good idea.
