In the next hour of The Roadhouse, we move to Memphis for the Blues Fouudation's 2020 Blues Music Awards and nominees in the album categories. I've got Christone "Kingfish" Ingram, Southern Avenue, Sugaray Rayford, Terry Robb, and Jontavious Willis - an hour of great blues, very few of which have been played recently in The Roadhouse. But, even with those few duplicates, I'm going to get really, really close to another hour of the finest blues you've never hear - the 777th Roadhouse.

Roadhouse 776
Firmly planted in The Roadhouse Studios, I have an hour that ventures from the Bayou to the Mississippi Hill Country,, and back to the streets of San Francisco. Along the way, we'll stop in Atlanta, and London, and New Zealand. G. Love and Special Sauce, Mark Hummel, R.L. Burnside, Bai Kamara, Jr., and Marcus King help prove that blues is global. And, with four Roadhouse debuts, they also help prove that it's possible to put together another hour of the finest blues you've never heard.
I've got an hour ahead that's chock full of music you might not be hearing anywhere else, including a mix of new releases and Roadhouse debuts by three artists. Dave Specter, Laura Cox, Down to the River, Rae Gordon Band, and Betty Fox Band provide the foundation for the hour. We also venture off into the world of blues rock for a set. It's wildly diverse, typically uptempo, and, without much doubt, another hour of the finest blues you've never heard.
