Summary: Chet Faker is Nick Murphy, a Melbourne based musician whose beard rivals that of our own Jonathan Boulet. We are very hair conscious around here, and this understated comparison not taken lightly. Its far more a compliment than you'd expect. Mr Faker has jumped from strength to strength and touring with hot shots The Temper Trap over the last couple months probably hasn't hurt. Just guessing over here, folks. There's just two shows left on that tour though with a gig tonight at Dan Atelier in Luxembourg followed by London on July 11 at Somerset House. More dates announced soon.
