Summary: Terry Virts is  retired NASA astronaut, International Space Station Commander and colonel in the United States Air Force who was selected as a space shuttle pilot in 2000, and has gone on to spend  two hundred and fourteen days in space, racking up 19 hours over 3 EVA's, as well as serving as a test pilot, logging more than 5,300 flight hours in 40 different aircraft...which means, to us, he's a total bad ass, and we want to be his friend. Luckily, he's a great guy and didn't mind Dare getting his nerd on!!
