We are all going through stuff these days, I see it and hear it everywhere! So I decided off the cuff to host a pop up retreat: “From Burnout to Bliss”. It was incredible, but I wanted to bring to you a bit about what we talked aboutW what it means to truly feel burned out. How to get present and be willing to dream forward just a bit. 1% at a time. How to create a plan for intentional goodness moving forward. Did we create bliss in the 6 hours we had together – moments of bliss, yes, but forward in bliss is a choice! Bliss is facing forward and taking the next intentional step. We are all are faced with a new upcoming season, so start considering: What will you create for yourself in the season forward? Is it: · Adventures with loved ones · Reading your favourite genre of book · Creating with tools, or nature · Making space for yourself · Being in nature or the big city · Moving your body in ways that feel great Ultimately, what do you want to FEEL? It’s those feelings that matter most! What you want to create for yourself is within your reach if you choose it intentionally. We are in this together!
