Summary: Episode 75:  A 40 minute yoga class focusing on releasing the psoas muscle and hip flexor complex. We will use a multi-disciplinary approach, including breathing, myofascial release, and active and passive stretching in poses.  You will need 1-2 blocks and a blanket - can also use a towel or a mini inflatable pilates ball.  Sarah Baumert has been teaching movement since 2006. She is a certified yoga teacher, yoga therapist and Feldenkrais practitioner. This podcast is an intersection of her yoga teaching and training in the Feldenkrais® method.
