Spaghetti show

Summary: Successful musical artists are able to host performances, be a part of concerts, and perform live on tours almost all times of the year. But how do they get to the point where they are comfortable with showcasing what they are singing? Perhaps music is a creative and unique way for these artists to display their resilience? We've discussed how resilience is strongly shaped by one's experience, and most of us can agree that artists enjoy writing songs about their feelings to convey emotions they may be experiencing at a given time. Tune in as we examine James Bay's hit song "Hold Back The River" and see how he was influenced by his first time live on tour to sort out the lyrics for his song.
