Summary: In this weeks episode I outline how to progress back to training and how to focus your energy and attention with regards to nutrition after having a baby. After a number of my clients fell pregnant in the past year and are now looking to train again, I thought it would be a timely podcast to help them and anyone listening, on the timelines you should look to employ and how to structure your training and nutrition after giving birth. Having worked with over 100 pre and post partum women during my career as an Exercise Physiologist, I hope that my tips and advice can be of help to you whether you're looking to fall pregnant in the near future, are pregnant now or have just had your baby.
