Summary: This time I’ll be talking to Josh Burkinshaw about his landscape photography journey. Josh is a lifestyle and tourism photographer and videographer living on the stunning South Coast of New South Wales, Australia. Creating captivating imagery for businesses around the globe. Since starting his journey in this creative career of photography and videography he has also specialised in capturing the awe-inspiring area he lives in and the intriguing places he’s travelled to. Josh loves experiencing new cultures and discovering the places that others call home. We discuss Josh’s career origins and how the area in which he lives inspires his work. He describes his experiences during the devastating bushfires of the summer of 2019/20 and the initial recovery of the area until that got stalled by covid. We also discuss an idea for a recovery activity that will have to wait until the end of lockdown, which I’m sure many Australian photographers would love to be a part of. I hope you enjoy the show!
