Summary: My experience with day one eating clean.<br> <br> You know when you keep saying you want to lose weight but you're constantly putting it off until tomorrow? Have you ever noticed that tomorrow never comes? Have you also noticed that today is the day that you told yourself yesterday would be the tomorrow that you'd finally <a href="https://fearlessfatloss.com/podcast/why-so-hard-change-how-you-eat/">change how you eat</a> and start losing weight?<br> <br> If you're stuck in the rut that I've been stuck in before, I understand!<br> <br> In my experience. "tomorrow" led to a whole lotta weight gain and frustration because every day it was always "tomorrow". Tomorrowland just doesn't yield real-life results of weight loss and fat loss. What Tomorrowland does give you is a deeper trench of addiction to the food that packs on the pounds, slows your metabolism, and blows a big 'ole hole in your ability to focus and function at your peak.<br> <br> You're fully aware that it's best to get off of all of those highly processed, chemically laden foods, you know that all of that gunk only slows your metabolism to a craaawwwl, but there you are, struggling to make it through just one day without the gunk.<br> <br> I get it! I've been there myself. But did you know that if you can just make it through the Critical Zone of the first 3 days of eating clean that it will get easier?<br> <br> <br> If You Can Just Get Through the First Day of Eating Clean...<br> If you can make it through day one of eating clean then you'll have made a great start but if you don't complete that first day, then how much harder will it be to start over again?<br> <br> I bet you can't guess how many times I started over. Or maybe you can! Especially if you have had years and years (and years) of "starting over" and constant, "I'll do it tomorrow.
