The podcast was published in October 2020 but the session was recorded in March (pre-lockdown), so this should explain why there are no questions directly relating to COVID-19 such as those about COVID-secure office space, the post-pandemic workplace, the rise in popularity of hybrid 'hub and spoke' workplace models and the like. These will, undoubtedly, be covered in our next Q&amp;A.
