This is our first show in a while because the team has been busy behind the scenes working on new assets and resources to help make the process of searching for the perfect office space that much easier. And this is what this short show/announcement is about - the first of these resources for the year... The London Office Providers Directory 2024 Is Now Live! The directory contains the profiles of 265 office providers, flex space operators, workspace providers and landlords that offer flexible office space and workspace solutions in 205 areas across London. These solutions include private serviced offices, self-contained managed offices, corporate coworking desk space memberships and hybrid workspace solutions such as part-time offices and office timeshares. This is our first episode since April 2022 – did we miss anything?! As were the two years between 2020 and 2022, the last 12 months have been unprecedented and unpredictable. So, we’ve used the last year to complete our Flexible Workspace Directory we mentioned in previous episodes, which we hope will help businesses find the perfect flexible office space to facilitate new flexible working practices. We have also been working on a brand new project that we hope will add even further transparency to the office space market. We will be launching this in the next month or so.
