Rhinegeist, Maybe You've Heard Of Them?

Summary: It's been a long time coming, but we are finally sitting down with a little brewery in Cincinnati called Rhinegeist. Head brewer Jim Matt gave me a few minutes of his time to explore a few beers, explore some history of the brewery and to finally figure out what this place is all about. It's a great look behind the scenes at a place that we've all heard of - Rhinegeist.
