Homemade tea: Boil water, you can add organic honey to help the taste of this tea as it really is quite "interesting" tasting. Then in tea cup, large sprinking (shake 1,2,3) of tumeric. Then sprinkle finely ground pepper (shake 1,2). Ground pepper will disolve faster than fresh cracked.
