Summary: When we started the gym we had 3 basic rules 1) Keep your shirt on 2) Don't be a d-bag and 3) Play music that you'd listen to in front of your kids or grandmother. Little did we know, this was actually establishing our culture that we are lucky enough to have in place today - A fun and welcoming place for people of all demographics to come in and become a better version of themselves. We share some funny stories about people ripping their shirts off and how bad apples weed themselves out. It was a nice reflective conversation as we sometimes take for granted how we got to where we are.
