Summary: In this EP we get into the second Pillar of Resilience which is optimism!  We learn how the subconscious works in finding ways to continuously reinforce the negativity bias that we all have and learn ways to combat that in order to be more optimistic and resilient! Understanding the subconscious is a must in understanding how to reprogram it to think more optimistically and see the positives in life and in this episode we learn just how to do that!  We also look at ways to immediately boost our optimism in order to live a more resilient lifestyle!
