After all, I've gotta make money and support myself!!" and to that I say I agree! However using work as an excuse to avoid <a href="http://theinnerselfdiet.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener">healing your emotional eating</a>, binge eating, and food addiction is only an <a href="https://fearlessfatloss.com/weight-loss/your-weight-loss-excuses-write-em-down-ship-em-out/">excuse</a>.<br> <br> You see, you can be fully committed to your profession AND achieve permanent weight loss. But you must be willing to invest in yourself to heal the root of your out-of-control eating that only gets worse the more you work. (wow, that's a mouthful! But not a mouthful of food, just words...)<br> Or Maybe You're Committed to THIS<br> Maybe you're committed to short term dieting. Hey, millions are doing the Same Thing right now! The problem with that commitment though, is that it won't lead to permanent success with your weight.
