Physical hunger is a Good Thing. If you're never eating for physical hunger, which many are not, then you're guaranteed to be struggling with binge eating, emotional eating, boredom eating, stress eating, and any other eating disorder that has nothing to do with eating for physical hunger in order to fuel your body.<br> <br> Physical hunger is a good thing, emotional hunger is not a good thing if you are feeding your emotional hunger with food. Food cannot heal your emotional challenges, nor can food fix your life problems. Food is supposed to be fuel for your body, not your lover, best friend, and crutch to get through life.<br> <br> Does it make a little bit of sense that your body is your vehicle here on Earth? Your vehicle needs fuel, high octane fuel, when your gas tank is empty. If you never allow your gas tank to get empty, your body is going to do what it's supposed to do: store the extra fuel as fat.<br> <br> Don't get mad at your fat, your body is doing exactly what it's supposed to do when you're not paying attention to the critical importance of physical hunger in weight loss.
