Summary: This is something that I take for granted way too often. In fact, I should be asleep now instead of typing this. Getting rest is essential in our lives, but it's more of a priority to some of us than it is to others. I shun sleep regularly, but now that I'm getting older, it's starting to catch up with me. I'll get sleepy while driving on long trips. I'll fall asleep while watching a football game. And sometimes, it shows simply becauase I'm lethargic that day.
