Summary: Cough Cough, sniff sniff. I've been under the weather with a nasty sore throat and cold. This episode was recorded at Ravenscourt Park on a Saturday afternoon with the kids. There hasn't been much running this week due to this bug, but I do discuss running in my new Evo II minimalist running shoes from Terra Plana, my blunder in not getting my race entry posted in time for the White Peak Half Marathon (bummer!), and running marathons and a potential half marathon in 2011.
