Summary: Episode #023 Recorded Monday, June 10, 2013 "Manly Marks: Faith" HOST: Chris Clevenger Show Notes: By inspiration of the Holy Spirit, the apostle Paul provides nine qualities that we refer to as "the Fruits of the Spirit." (Galatians 5:22-23) These characteristics are the outgrowth of the Word of God, the seed of the Kingdom (Luke 8:11), when it is planted in our hearts. The seventh manly mark is "faith." Faith is an acceptance of facts (Heb. 10:32-34), trusting in those facts (Heb. 10:35), and acting in accordance with those facts (Heb. 10:36-39). Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen (Heb. 11:1) Faith is essential to our relationship with God (Heb. 11:6) and our relationships with others.
