Summary: Stamford Chidge and the crew report back on a disappointing week for Chelsea off the pitch and a mental and very bouncy old skool week off it! It’s been a tale of two cups over the last week, and the boys in blue mounted wave after wave of attack at Swansea until bravely going out of the Capital One Cup with a bang, and then on Sunday we battled so bravely against a top team from League 1 and fought back to get a well-deserved draw…hang on…ooops it looks like we’ve got hold of the notes for rafabenitez.com by mistake!!! Of course what we mean is that we had to witness Chelsea getting knocked out of the Capital One Cup by meekly surrendering to a well-organized side without scoring a goal in 180 minutes football, and then watched as we were totally outplayed by a brave plucky Brentford side and were very lucky to get a draw. It goes from bad to worse, but at least we had a laugh by jumping about on the terraces – the first time some of us have done that for over 20 years. We discuss the matches against Swansea and Brentford on the show, the return of the terraces, Hazard-Gate and a quick chat about the Fans Forum; The Chelsea Supporters Trust launch meeting and the CPO meeting this week.
