Life is a continuous process of adjustment and adaptation. When faced with new circumstances, how well do individuals exhibit resilience, and why or how often do we end up seeing retaliation? In the pilot episode of Resilience, I introduce and develop the idea of resilience through a personal anecdote. I also mention that in this series, I plan to examine examples of resilience in our society, highlighting the importance of experience.
