I have been watching on social media where house flippers and DIYers have been taking some stunning homes and quite frankly ruining them with brick stains and chalk paint. You see this on some of the HGTV shows and I am seeing more and more of it on social media. Some of these projects have been cheered on by people that just love to put that stuff everywhere.
