Four members of the Cultra Crew bring guests in to get to the crux of the issues, stories and people in the ultra running world. Fred has a 39 year running streak, Jimmy is an awesome RD for Live Loud Running, Becky is awkward but will kick your ass on the trails or in a game of psychological Jeopardy, and the host Art tries to mostly keep the episodes under 3 hours, but digs into the dark places that keep things interesting, and has a monkey, a pig and the Worlds Largest Cow!
