Eddie Bennett has established himself as a professional entertainer with over 20 years of working continuously in the theatre industry. His first professional credit landed him in the lap of well-known L.A. based choreographers: Helene Phillips and Barry Lather.During that time Eddie joined the Broadway show “CHICAGO: TheMusical”. This past year, marked Eddie’s 20th year with “CHICAGO”. He has played every male ensemble role in the Broadway stage production still running at the Ambassador Theatre in NYC.Since then, Eddie and his choreography have been in high demand. He choreographed “Mira Quien Baila” star Bianca Marroquin’s sold out concert “Luz”. He choreographed his first major film “FISH: A Boy In A Man’s Prison” based on the acclaimed novel by the same name. He choreographed his first major concert “Debbie Gibson And Tiffany: Journey Through The 80’s” which kicked off the tour on “GMA: Summer Concert Series”. He choreographed his first music video “Electric Youth: Reloaded” which debut on the season finale of the popular “The Jace Hall Show”. He was also featured on Season 5 of “Celebrity Apprentice” and has been a guest judge on the widely popular “Dance Moms” series.In his career, he has choreographed a sold out arena concert (Bizarro’s: Hit Parade), worked with celebrities (including Patrick Swayze, Patti LaBelle, Usher, Billy Ray Cyrus, Chita Rivera, Angela Lansbury, Todrick Hall, Lisa Rinna, Wayne Brady, and Brandy), and is a father to an amazing 12 year old son. Eddie just finished choreographing Debbie Gibson’s “Girls Night Out” music video that climbed the BILLBOARD DANCE CHARTS to #4.He is also a co-host for the podcast #BOOKENDBALDIES & the Long Island TV show "THE LOUNGE". The note stapled to the book cover and addressed to her parents is the image that keeps her moving forward in her career.Lisa is an award-winning Off-Broadway director who has juggled the academic and professional theater for over 25 years. As a developer of new plays, she is known for building relationships with playwrights over the years. She worked with Tim Blake Nelson's Eye of God through a 15-year journey with productions in Oklahoma, Chicago, and New York City. These productions received rave reviews, extended runs, and many awards.Lisa is a proud Founding Member and Artistic Advisor to the Off-Broadway company Theatre East. She was recognized as an Innovative Director by TCG and sat on a panel of distinguished directors at the National Conference. She has directed of 100 productions in 10 states.Lisa is a proud college professor who uses her classroom to expand her artistry as she guides her students toward finding their voices. She has taught at prestigious programs at Rutgers, DePaul, UARTS and others. Currently she is on faculty at Brookhaven College and University of North Texas. Teaching awards include Excellence in Teaching, Who's Who, NISOD (State of Texas) and KC/ACTF awards.Using her theatrical skills Lisa has been an Associate Artistic Director, Vocal Coach, Script Doctor, Corporation Communication Specialist, and Conflict Negotiator. She has performed numerous times at Garland Civic Theater where she just finished her run as Candy Starr in “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest” directed by Juan M. Perez. A few of her favorite past roles include Joanna in the American premiere of "The Widow", Beth Douglas in "In-Laws, Outlaws, and Other People (Who Should Be Shot)", and Daisy Buchanan in "The Great Gatsby". She has also worked at the McKinney Repertory Theatre, Pocket Sandwich Theater, and various other amazing DFW theater companies.
