The Supreme Court on Wednesday approved for a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case. The court further directed Mumbai Police to hand over all proof collected so far in the case to the CBI. The supreme court said that the FIR registered in Patna was lawful.
