Around Comics - The Comic Book Podcast

The 2nd episode of the long goodbye for Around Comics rolls into action with some of our favorite past guests. Ande Parks is working on some new projects for Green Hornet, and he even has Sal interested. John Siuntres and Patrick Brower drop in for some great conversation and a preview of what will be happening during the weekend of C2E2. We wrap up with Hilary Barta and Christian Alamy with a wandering discussion about art, inking and Ultimate Popeye.

Happy New Year! Chris, Tom and Mike Norton ring in the new year at Challengers Comics on a very chilly and hungover day. It's a new year and a new decade, so the panel takes the opportunity to look back at how comics and the comics industry has changed during The Aughts. Chris spent New Years Eve with piles of trades. Tom wants less old book, so he gives away huge bag of Legion comics. Mike liked being in charge of Challengers and stumping customers with Blue Beetle trivia.

Rick Remender drops by to talk about his new project The Last Days of American Crime and some of his other work including The Punisher, Fear Agent and more.
