We're back with another Neville book for Neville Day!
We have all done it. We work on changing our vibration. We meditate. We journal. We do mirror work. We repeat affirmations. Then we go on with the rest of our day in ways that often contradict the vibration we were building. Then when we manage to finally manifest something, we doubt it. What can we do about it? That's the subject of today's episode.
We explore some of the many ways that people defend the contrast they're experiencing by focusing incessantly on what they don't like and don't prefer.
Anne-Marie and Mike McEwen rejoin Walt for a reunion of gratitude, appreciation, and thanks. Anne-Marie used to co-host a Sunday episode of LOA Today, so this is definitely a welcome reunion.
Walt, Louis, and Astrid share some vignettes they've been imagining, and the discussion leads to more stories past and present as well as exploring the importance of noticing what we manifest.
After starting with a rampage of appreciation, Linda draws some cards that include Changing Tracks and Truth.
Which is the best kind of help to get? Should you hire a therapist? Should you hire a life coach? Should you just talk with a friend? Should you seek help online from a forum? Or should you just try to do it yourself? Alyx and Walt discuss this topic in detail.
The conclusion of our study of this last book Neville Goddard wrote ends up raising a number of unanswered questions. Cindie and Walt decide to continue with their study of other Neville books and lectures after the Thanksgiving break in order to answer some of those questions.
We haven't done anything like this in quite some time, so we figured it was time to do it again.
It's the one thing we all have the most in common as conscious creators. We all struggle from time to time with keeping our vibration up, staying in a highly positive frame of mind.
So many people in so many careers insist on pursuing what's wrong, even when they understand that as the observer to their own work they are influencing it. Walt raises the question as to whether they really realize how they're driving the stuff that's wrong by their attention to it.
As we near the end of the book, the Neville stories just keep on coming!
We take on two topics at diametric opposite ends of the emotional spectrum.
We start off answering a listener question about left-handed vs right-handed and Jin Shin Jyutsu. The conversation soon transitions to dealing with pain, and we spend the bulk of the show talking about how we individually think about and approach overcoming pain.
We didn't have a topic when we began the show, but it quickly emerged on its own. Money is a big part of our lives, and it can really be tough to attract it when you don't have it. But we discuss some strategies for turning that experience around.
