Disaster struck in the editing bay when Justin found half of this episode MISSING. Luckily, it was just "the rest of the news" and not the most important stuff, like Ninja Theory's new game, Project Mara. Plus Valve being confidendt that Half-Life Alyx won't be delayed, in the wake of so many games being delayed. Oh did I mention game delays? Dying Light 2 has been delayed with no release date, so don't expect that anytime soon! More depressing news: Tencent plans to buy Funcom, because they need to own the entire industry! Bet you didn't see this one coming! Netflix is doing an anime Witcher movie adaptation to be released between Seasons 1 and 2 of the live action show. Will it be good? We hope so! Another week means another round of news. This week Marcus and Justin cover a wide array of news. Sony dropped the bombshell that they would not be attending E3 again this year, despite being a hardware release year, so the crew discusses the potential rammifications that will have on E3, including discussing the ESA's press release after the Sony announcement.  It wouldn't be a waeek in the video game world without game release delays, but this week there were some notable ones. Square Enix pushed back both Avengers and the Final Fantasy VII Remake. CD Projekt Red also pushed back Cyberpunk 2077, which sounds like may come with some major crunch time. More big news comes out of Nintendo with the announcement of a new Super Smash Brothers Ultimate fighter, which was met with unenthusiasm. Additionally a music video was released about the new Super Nintendo World going into Universal Studios in Japan, set to open sumer 2020 alongside the Summer Olympics. The the beginning of the season is here, which means it's time to get back to that video game grind. There's only two months until the flood gates of game releases in 2020 are opened, which means Marcus and Justin have to do some backlog cleaning to do. Oh boy do we have an action-packed episode for you this week. One whole year! Can you believe how fast that went by? It feels like the podcast only just started yesterday! Marcus and Justin have a jam-packed anniversary episode for you today! This week the gang minus Frost is joined by the original founder of LGA, Aidan, for the second time, and things get HEATED when they discuss esports players cheating, even when off the clock. But that's a little later in the episode. First Aidan discusses his role at LGA, which heavily involves the Discord server (which can be found at chat.litgamingarena.com). LGA has one of the oldest servers on Discord! Disney Plus officially launched, and Justin has a few words to say about The Mandelorian (It's good, watch it!!) and there's news that the earlier seasons of The Simpsons are in the WRONG aspect ratio, cutting off quite a bit of visual material. Aidan discusses Age of Empires Definitive Edition, which has just come out and has a lot of great things to say about the game, plus a little funfact about the series! Marcus got his fingers into Death Stranding and reports his thoughts and feelings about the game so far.  In news, once again, things get HEATED discussing FaZe clan and Jarvis's cheating, plus statements made by Ninja that doesn't make them very happy. In more terrible news, Mario Kart World Tour is doing terriffic and is making a lot of money, so that's grim for the future of Nintendo mobile games. Lastly, Justin jokingly runs down some of the Black Friday deals from the WalMart flyer and there's nothing really great at all about them!
