Who is Major Malcolm Wheeler-Nicholson? Distinguished military officer. Inventor. Prolific writer of comic scripts and adventure stories. Publisher. Created the modern comic book in 1934. Founded DC Comics. Gave Siegel and Shuster of Superman fame their start. After 70 years, the Major, as he was known to his friends and colleagues, was finally honored at ComicCon2008 and received an Eisner Award from the industry he began. The comic book/Super Hero genre has blown up, and recently, a big topic of discussion has been the new CBS Series "Supergirl." Its been talked about in the trades, newspapers, websites, & podcasts. One such podcast is devoted to the "Maid of Might" called "Supergirl Radio." One of the hosts, is the lovely and talented Rebecca Johnson. But trust me when I tell you, Supergirl is not her only passion. She joins me to talk a wide range of Super Hero issues, including her take on the Disney Princesses! Join Seth Everett & one of the stars of the AMC TV Show Ming Chens road to the Stash all began in 1995 when the college student, video store employee and avid Kevin Smith follower, developed a fan website based on the movie Clerks. Smith, who appreciated Chens work, reached out and asked him to create a website for his production company, View Askew Productions. Almost nineteen years later, not only does Chen continue to work on all of Smiths online projects, but has also ventured into several other areas within the Kevin Smith empire, most recently hosting a weekly podcast called I Sell Comics with Michael Zapcic on Smiths radio network S.I.R.: SModcast Internet Radio. Chen is not only the technical expert for The Stash, but also the perfect person to ask to do the jobs no one else wants to do. He takes it all with a smile, and is happy to be a part of the team.

Giancarlo Volpe is an animator, director, producer and comic creator, known best for his work on "Green Lantern: The Animated Series." He's also worked on JLA Adventures: Trapped in Time, Star Wars: The Clone Wars, King of the Hill, and is currently directing on the new Disney XD animated series Star vs. the Forces of Evil. He joins me for a fun chat about those shows, plus what's currently going on in the ever-changing world of animation.
