Wow... the courage it took to make this movie... and the creativity it took to pull it off so brilliantly! We gush about the latest film in what may be the best movie franchise of all-time.
The latest X-Men film, Dark Phoenix, is the movie we are fighting about this week... though we largely agree that this is a waste of acting talent on a movie with a non-sense script.
We went into Godzilla King of Monsters with high hopes... we exit feeling sad. So much potential wasted... sigh.

"Why did Disney make a movie where Disney is the bad guy?"
Wow, we barely know where to start! This is a truly weird and wonderful horror film from Jordan Peele (Get Out). Listen in as we stammer and try to process what we just saw.
Just minutes after walking out of the screening of Captain Marvel, film critics Jason Evans and Josh Sewell sit down to talk about what worked and what didn't in the latest Marvel flick. Though hey both loved the supporting cast, they say the film has real struggles getting started.
Our review of Lego Movie 2 includes several moments where we listen to the fabulous soundtrack but the real highlight is that we bring in a special guest to give us a kid's perspective on this film. Spoiler alert, she liked it!
Jason and Josh walk out of a screening of Glass and promptly tell you exactly what they thought. It isn't a total train wreck, but it isn't a masterpiece either.
Jason and Josh give their thoughts on the new animated Spidey flick, with a small diversion into talking about the Solo Star Wars movie too.
We loved this film, despite some concerns that the director might be a bit too quirky. In fact, our biggest concern with The Favourite is figuring out which awards to give its wonderful cast and crew.
