Lieutenant Colonel Taylor Herron was kind enough to invite me into his unit to discuss leadership. At the end of this episode I expand a bit more on the topic. After I shut off the recording equipment, him and I chatted for a short while on his various techniques and lessons learned from leading in the USAF.
