Be Inspired to be you... You do not have to be your own boss or an entrepreneur to be successful. Make the best decision for yourself. Understand that there is still honor in being the Guide (helper) in the story. You do not have to be the hero (leader). Both are needed within our world and the best part is, YOU get to decide which you are most passionate about.
Fear is Funny and everyone can not pull themselves up by their "boot traps". Don't fell bad about not being able to always push pass your fear. Here's another tip to help you.
Sometimes you have to stop and celebrate your micro wins.
Fear and Negativity will enter your life at some point. Stop running from it. Acknowledge it and then kick it's butt... Leaders we need you to stay high on your mood elevator and make rational decision based on facts and your intuitions not your emotional baggage.
Come on Leaders, thinkers, thought provokers, entrepreneurs... Step up and learn how to lead. The world is count on you.
So often we sit and wait on someone to rescue those around us and all the time we are holding the damn water hose...... Be the Change in your environment and watch your life change for the better.
Wake up and listen to your gut. Do not miss out on some damn good memories becasue you did not listen.
