We have bought coffee from Alejo for the last two seasons, and will continue to do so in the future since we believe his families farm Volcan Azul produces some of the best coffee in Costa Rica. This conversation is a unique insight into the mind of a modern coffee farmer. We talked about what challenges and opportunities they are facing today, as well as the long family tradition that they continue, with coffee trading records dating back as far as 200 years. We are really happy to be able to share this conversation with you.

Bonanza has been playing a major role in the Berlin Coffee Scene for the last years. In fact, they were one of the first Specialty Coffee Roasteries in Europe.
