Good Friday

The key for dealing with trials in our lives is to hold on to biblical truth in the midst of trials and to endure the trials with friends who will remind us of biblical truth and support us through the trials. The Lord doesn't promise us a Sunday when we will see fully, but He promises a Some Day when we will understand God's plan in our lives.

Today, Todd speaks of our living between Friday and Sunday - the time between when Jesus died and rose again. Like the disciples, we sometimes feel discouraged when it looks like the enemy is winning. We, however should take heart, our Sunday is coming!

Listen in as Jonathan "JP" Pokluda finishes his Let There Be Light series. He shows how Jesus inaugurates the gospel and then it spread through the world the last 2000 years. Be encouraged as you learn about the spread of the unstoppable force of the gospel.

The gospel is the good news of life in Christ. Jesus has called us to take this message to a world desperately in need of life found in his name. Prayerfully consider how you might take the gospel to your friends, neighbors and co-workers, then to your city, then to your world (Acts 1:8).

As we look at the story of the Good Samaritan in Luke 10, JP reminds us that followers of Christ have been equipped with all we need to render help to others. We just need to take the next step of action to bring hope and healing to neighbors in our city.

In today's message JP reminded us that Christians are called to be salt and light to the decaying and dark world surrounding us.

Special guest speaker Randy Alcorn and Todd Wagner join to discuss the topic of money and finances. Highlighting the six principles from Alcorn's book The Treasure Principle, they answer the question, "What should I do with my money?" Listen in to gain a Biblical perspective of stewardship.

External Focus: How Watermark Serves Its City

We gather on together "huddle" to be equipped for every good work, however being equipped is half of the equation. We also need to go "scatter" and share the gospel. We'll discuss how "huddling" and then "scattering" into the community to share the good news of Christ along with opportunities and partnerships which are readily available for groups and individuals to connect with in the community and to go and make disciples of Christ.
