Alongside Paul Coburn is Dr Peter Brukner - renowned sports doctor who's done it all in sports medicine - and Nina Teicholz; author of the book “The Big Fat Surprise – Why Butter, Meat and Cheese Belong in a Healthy diet”. They're discussing the theory behind the book - that fats aren't all that damaging to your diet, and that you can easily substitute the harmful stuff (sugar and carbs) for fattier foods that'll get you healthier!
