Jake & Jonathan finally reveal that the Design Sprint has been one gigantic SCAM! It’s crazy how the book sold so much and how much money Jonathan has been able to get from selling it to clients! Jonathan interviews Andy Budd, co-founder of Clearleft and the man behind popular design conferences like UX London and Leading Design. Jonathan asks lots of questions and but doesn’t even get close to asking everything he wants to ask. Some of the topics Jonathan and Andy touch on: How Andy is pathological! It’s true!

Aaaand she’s the author of Reframe: Shift the Way You Work, Innovate, and Think. Jonathan who? Some of the topics covered: Mona’s story in a nutshell. Her work at NASA(!!) and Kodak.

Jonathan interviews Scott Belsky, founder of Behance and currently Adobe's Chief Product Officer and Executive Vice President of Creative Cloud, and only asks him questions that were sent in by you, the listener! Just kidding, Jonathan selfishly asks Scott questions about building a business and about leadership, because those are the ones most relevant to Jonathan’s current role as a CEO. But he does throw in a product question at the end. So there’s at least one question for everyone!

Jonathan is famous and get recognized while holding underwear.

This week Jonathan interviews his favorite Author Kim Scott, Founder of Candor Inc. & CEO coach for some of Silicon Valley's biggest companies. She was on the faculty of Apple University and was a leader for Google AdSense, YouTube and the Double Click team. Her other achievements include managing a pediatric clinic in war-torn Kosovo and building a diamond cutting company in Russia - Basically not many people can say they have her experiences in life, so listening to all this condensed into 30+ minutes should definitely put a smile on your face. It did ours! She's here to show off her book Radical Candor, which just so happens to be the best book on management and leadership that we've every read!
