A news report supposedly said that drinking 5 cups of coffee is actually not to bad idea for the American diet. It’s supposed to help with cardiovascular and heart disease. I wonder if there are similar or better results with tea. I think one cup of coffee is plenty for me, but how about you? You may think it is hard to learn but like with most things, just a little effort and time, you will look back and see how easy it was to learn. Growing up in China I did not have to drive and neither did I want to since public transportation was so readily available. But here where I live now, a car is a necessity if you want to get around anywhere. I have never driven a car until I got to USA. What have you never done?
